In order for the newsletter plugin or newsletter form in footer to work, a provider must be setup.
Currently these providers are available
MailChimp
Campaign Monitor
Klaviyo
Each provier needs an API-key and a ListID in order for the system to communicate with the provider
Specifically for Klaviyo: For versions newer than 5.2.18 we use Klaviyo stable api instead of the deprecated V2 version.
