Sitemap

A sitemap is a file or page that lists and provides a structured overview of all the available pages and content within the webshop. It serves as a roadmap or directory for both search engines and website visitors, and improves chances of visibility in searches.

The schedule is defined in crontab syntax.

By typing /resources/sitemap.xml after your webshop url, you will receive a sitemap url per language code.

Exclusion rules

The following (non-exhaustive) list of conditions excludes content from the sitemap:

(Umbraco) content-nodes with the Hidden property activated. A node is also hidden if one of it's anchestors is hidden.
Products which is a variant of a main item.
