Data Replication

The integration uses a hybrid sync engine to mirror Uniconta data into the Chainbox environment. It combines real-time webhooks for priority updates (Products, Prices) with hourly syncs and offset tracking for high-volume tables like Invoices.

This architecture ensures data consistency while minimizing API load, and it automatically supports custom schemas, including User-Defined Fields and custom tables.

Pricing and Order Flow

The system utilizes a pricing engine mirroring Uniconta’s latest logic (v91.11), supporting "Best Price" rules and multi-currency calculations. Completed webshop orders are automatically exported to Uniconta as sales orders.
