Cart retention is a feature that stores the last known shopping cart of a logged-in customer, enabling them to resume shopping from where they left off.
Upon logging in again with products in the cart, the customer will be prompt to choose to use the cart from last session, or start a new one by choosing "Do nothing".
If "Do nothing" is chosen, the products will not be deleted from the cart, but presented to the customer each time, until bought or deleted from the cart.
Please be aware: if the price of a product is updated in the ERP-system whilke left in the cart on the webshop, the price will not update unless the product is erased and readded to the cart, the quantity is changed or otherwise updated.
The CSV import feature allows your logged-in customers to import a CSV file containing item numbers and quantities, making the ordering process more efficient.
By default, the CSV import feature is disabled.
Per default 3 trust pages are added to the checkout. Additional can be added, or existing removed.
