An overview of the configurations in PIM. These url's should only be edited by Chainbox.
The index configuration contains the Integration with the ERP-system and the URL's for customer and product data.
Chainbox.io performs frequent scheduled checks for updates in the ERP system since last query.
The "Perform full import" button, will offer a full import of all mapped fields from the ERP system. This should be used with outmost caution. If data delays are experienced between ERP and PIM, please contact Chainbox for support first.
Be aware, that some schedules of data er hourly, some daily, so please check schedules, as it could well be, that the data missing is due to an import schedule less frequently than expected by the user.
This function is used for initial setup of PIM, since it offers to map all ERP-fields to PIM in a swift manner.
For maintenance of individual fields along the way, please go to Define - Attributes, and mark the individual fields with ERP-mapping.
This functionality allows you to check ERP-mapped attribute values, against the exported data of the equivalent fields from the ERP-system.
Should there values not match, a list will be returned to be checked. If mapped value matches the content of the mapped ERP-fields, the "Everything looks good!" will be returned.
