Bulk actions

Bulk actions enables you to do changes to many products at a time!

Enable bulk actions by ticking specific or all products in a selection of products - or by clicking the bulk actions icon in the top of the view.

Activate bulk actions function

By clicking the bulk action icon or by ticking one or multiple items, the bulk actions menu appears.

Snooze products

Snoozing a product will only affect the specific user snoozing it, and only on the view where the snoozing happens.

Snoozing products in a particular view could be relevant when working in a view designed so products appearing through filtering should be handled in some manner. By snoozing you can time when specific products should reappear for handling.

Tick of the product that should be in your selection click "Snooze products". Choose month year day and time and click "Snooze".

The products have been removed from this particular view (still active in other views) and can be viewed or snooze cancelled by clicking the clock icon in the header of the view.

Edit products

This function will not edit data in bulk, but the tab and the set you open in product details, will be remembered through all your selected products. This is very useful when editing a specific field in a number of products.

Manage attributes

Change content of attribute fields across a product selection.

Set a filter or click specific products to manage. Click "Manage attributes".

Search for attributes in filter or scroll to find.

When you tick the relevant attributes a second window opens.

Here you decide to either enter new data for all products selected, or delete existing data for all. Click "Apply".

Finally confirm or cancel action - check you agree with the quantity of products affected.

Manage channels

Change channel on a whole selection of products.

Set a filter or tick specific products to handle. Click "Manage channels". Choose if channels should be applied to selected products or whole filter. Choose if action should add or remove channels, and what specific channels to add/remove. Finally click "Apply"

Finally confirm or cancel action - check you agree with the quantity of products affected.

Manage categories

Change categories on a whole selection of products.

Set a filter or tick specific products to handle. Click "Manage categories". Choose if categories should be applied to selected products or whole filter. Choose if action should add or remove categories, and what specific categories to add/remove. Finally click "Apply".

Finally confirm or cancel action - check you agree with the quantity of products affected.

Manage family

Change family on a whole selection of products.

Set a filter or tick specific products to handle. Click "Manage family". Choose if family should be applied to selected products or whole filter. Choose if action should add or remove, and what specific family to add/remove. Finally click "Apply".

Manage resources

With this functionality you can easily bulk-add or remove specific images or documents to a selections of products. As an example: adding a single brandpicture to all products from a particular brand, or the same PDF-instruction to multiple products of the same type/category etc.

Choose your selection of products and click "Manage resouces".

Choose the type of action you wish to perform - check if it should be performed on your selection or filter (note the qty for each) and browse and choose/upload the images/files your action should handle. Click "Apply" when done

A confirmation page will ask you to verify the change based on the number of products affected.

Delete products

Important! This action cannot be reversed! Any products with datasource ERP will be recreated upon next import routine. However data the product have been enriched with in PIM will be lost.

Tick the products you wish to delete, and click "Delete products".

Choose if action applies to selected products or whole filter. Click "Apply".

Finally confirm or cancel action - check you agree with the quantity of products affected.
