A maximum of 20 orders per status type is visible.
When an order is placed in the webshop it is given a number as its unique identifier called an e-number. The e-number is what identifies the order on the orderconfirmation sent to the customer, in the order list in Webshop Management, as well as in a payment gateway where payments are registered. It is not untill the order is transferred to the ERP-system that it is given an order number. The e-number is also imported into the ERP-system along with other order data, to secure the tracking of the order.
The e-number is assigned in the webshop upon placing the order. However in case payment happens through a payment gateway, it is possible to abort the order, or the payment could be declined. In these cases it will cause what seems to be a gap in the e-number series since the order was aborted.
This could also cause your customer to enquire about an e-number that doesn't exist, because it is presented to them in the payment gateway even if the payment is aborted and the order never placed.
