Billing and shipping information
The layout of the Billing and shippping-page is set and cannot be modified directly. If you wish changes to the layout, it will require development by Chainbox.
The calender appearing for requested delivery date is optional and can be disabled. So is the number of days you can postpone your delivery. See below link for more information.
