Shared customer

The shared customer in your webshop serves as a non-login customer and provides information such as currency, product prices and account number. Typically, this shared customer is a generic customer defined in your ERP-system.

The value entered here must match the customer ID in your ERP-system.

Modifying or deleting the customer ID associated with the shared customer in your ERP-system can result in the webshop malfunctioning!

Salesperson restriction

This is a simple way to set up restrictions, so that SSO-users fra Chainbox.io, only will see customer with a specific salespersonscode. If the Customer-account on the Member in WSM has salesperson "XX1", then the below setting will ensure that the salesperson only have access to this customer-account AND any other customer-account with same salespersoncode "XX1":

Specific restriction fields can be used on either customer og Userfields (Member from WSM) So there is a wide range of filtering possible. In addition, the value can be made a "Required Value" by activating the slider for that. This means, that if a salesperson does not any of the requested values, it will not be possible to swich to another customer in the webshop.
