Supported configurations
The webshop by default only supports:
Basic Auth.
MSGraph.
MFA for basic auth is NOT supported, at this moment.

How does the webshop send emails (ex. order confirmations)?
The webshop supports both a basic auth configuration, and MSGraph.

If your setup uses basic auth, send the following information to support@chainbox.dk, and we'll help verify and set it up:
* host: "eksempel.eksempel.net"
* username: "username"
* password: "example"
* portnummer: "XXX"
* SSL enabled: "true/false"

Our webshop does not send emails (ex. order confirmations)
If this appeared suddenly but worked previously, please refer to the steps below.
Otherwise refer to section above to get it set up.
1. **Verify any recent changes to the account used for sending emails (e.g., changed password, added two-factor authentication, or similar).**
- If the password has been changed, please contact support@chainbox.dk to have the password updated in your webshop.
- If two-factor authentication has been added, it must be disabled for the account used by the webshop.
- Contact support@chainbox.dk if you are in doubt.
2. **Check if there are any sent emails in the relevant mailbox.**
