Errors are found in the log if logging is enabled.

Sender credentials wrong

This usually means that credentials in the punch-out configuration does not match credentials in Chainbox.

Ensure that the email and password used (set in Chainbox Webshop Management) match the credentials used in the configuration in the procurement system.

Tip

Avoid configuring a punch-out user with an email that is also used by an individual to log onto the webstore, to avoid password change by user.
