Database Snapshot

You can get a copy of the latest database snapshot via the Hosting App.

To access, login to your organization on and let it guide you to chainbox.io where you enter your credentials.

Make sure you have selected the correct customer in the upper right corner, if you have access to multiple accounts.

Choose the Databases section which lists all databases. The Download Backup button will be available if you are either admin or developer role. If you don't have access, please contact us.
