Problem: Order import says "An import is already in progress"

This problem is most likely due to the order import being disrupted for some reason like a system restart, upgrade of BC etc.

If it keeps happens on a fairly regular basis, please contact your BC partner.

Solution:

  1. Open Business Central

  2. Search for "eCommerce" and find and click on eCommerce Salesorders

  1. Click on "Actions" and then "eCommerce Setup" in the top-bar

  1. Delete the "Is-Importing" value

  1. You should now be able to start your Order Import again (i.e. from eCommerce Salesorders view)
